"I was a little unsure at first..."
I was a little unsure at first, but lockeroom.online ended up feeling legit. The payment process was clear, and I got updates along the way without needing to keep checking in or chase anyone.

The best part was that there weren’t any weird surprise fees or anything shady, if that makes sense. My order was exactly what I expected, i’d be comfortable using them again

"Still not really sold on them"
I’ve heard a mix of good and bad things, so I’m not convinced yet. Maybe it’s on them for not making a better impression, but I’m not ready to trust them.

It was average. Nothing was terrible, but nothing really stood out either. They kept making vague promises about how things would improve or be handled better, but I never really saw much follow-through. Overall, it was just okay.

It looked like the real thing when I got it, and overall it seems fine. The tags was a little weird though, so I’m still not totally sure.

"Site felt a little sketchy and annoying to use"
The site was kind of a pain for me. Pages were loading slower than I expected, and it took way too many clicks to find what I was looking for. Checkout was also confusing enough that I started wondering if I was missing something or if they were making it harder on purpose. It wasn’t the worst experience, but I definitely got frustrated quickly.

"Decent selection, but the experience felt impersonal"
They have some good stuff, but I expected more sizes and a wider mix of brands. The shopping part was okay, but the whole experience felt a little impersonal, like I was just another ticket number instead of an actual customer.

"Sizing’s been consistent every time"
I’ve ordered a few times now, though I can’t remember if the first one was a couple months ago or longer than that. Either way, the sizing has been really consistent each time. I haven’t had to guess much, and everything fit pretty much how I expected. I’m happy with it.

"Showed up fast, but in rough shape"
The order actually came quicker than I expected, which was nice at first. But this is where it got annoying: when I opened it, the item looked beat up. The box was damaged and there were marks on the product, so it definitely didn’t feel like something I’d just paid full price for. Not really what I was expecting.

"Pretty good deal, honestly"
I ordered from Lockeroom and overall I was happy with it. The prices were better than some other sites I looked at, which was great, and what I got was decent for the money. Delivery did take a bit longer than I expected, which was kind of annoying, but also not a huge deal in the end. It’s not some amazing perfect experience, but I’d probably order again if the prices stay low...

"Checkout was quick, but still a bit of a hassle"
I got my order placed without any real issues, and checkout was simple overall. Payment went through fine and the confirmation email showed up quickly. I just wish there wasn’t still so much clicking around to get everything done, because even easy checkout feels like more effort than it should be. But other than that, it was smooth enough.

I ordered from lockeroom.online and later needed to request a refund. To be fair, the refund did come through in the end, so I can’t say it was a bad experience overall. I just expected a faster response and a smoother process.
Support did reply and everything got sorted, but it took a few days and I had to follow up once. I’m giving it 3 stars because I got my money back, but the timing could definitely be better

"Communication could definitely be clearer"
lockeroom.online was okay overall, but the communication was kind of annoying. Not terrible, not a disaster, but I had to reread some messages like, wait, what am I supposed to do next? They did respond, so it’s not like I was being ignored, but the replies weren’t always clear or straightforward. I just wish they’d explain things a bit better the first time instead of making me decode everything

I liked the look and feel of the shirt when it arrived, and the material seemed nice. The only issue was the sizing—it fit smaller than what the size chart suggested, so it was a bit tighter than I expected. Still a good shirt overall, just maybe consider sizing up.

I was happy with how my order from lockeroom.online showed up. The packaging was really solid, like, no crushed corners or random stuff sliding around in the box. Everything looked clean and well taken care of, which I definitely notice. Not much else to add really, it just arrived in good shape and felt properly packed.

I was looking forward to getting this and the item itself was fine once it showed up, but I had to keep checking the tracking more than I expected. The updates weren’t super clear, and after waiting around for a while, it ended up arriving much later than it was supposed to.
